Join us as we journey together looking for new ways to feel great, defy aging, make more time in the day, and live a life with more meaning.

Zen Lending Library

Zen Lending Library in La Plata, MD contains a wealth of wellness oriented books.

Wellness books abound at the Zen Lending Library. Our focused collection spans the dimensions of wellness, phases of life, and possibilities! Feel free to browse the collection when you are in the studio or request a book to be held for you for easy pickup. A small rental fee supports the library’s existence and maintenance. Wellness book donations are accepted!

Current Book Club Plans

We read or listen independently then meet weekly on Wednesday at 6:30-7 pm. To accommodate as many schedules as possible, meetings are held both in person (in La Plata, Maryland) and virtually. During our time together, we connect socially (as many women need more than we admit!), fess up to whether we made time to read in the last week (!), share what has resonated with us the most so far, discuss how we are responding to the book’s information, and its impact on our personal wellness choices. A benefit to joining us for several books or more is the ability to connect information and lessons from book to book to help each other and ourselves!
