- If you want to discuss which product will best address your need, please add a Wellness Consultation to your order. We will talk before your order is shipped so that changes can be made if needed.
- Some products are only available to members of the Feel Better Not Older Community. Feel free to join us!
- Orders are shipped out on the following days of the week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
Small Group Movement Classes
- Mat passes include Yoga, Barre, Hip Vitality, Whole Body Vitality, Shoulder Vitality, Fascial Release, Brain Vitality, and Mat Pilates classes.
- Pilates Equipment classes use the Reformer, Tower Chair, small props, and Zoa’s imagination!
- In-Studio classes are designed for 4 people or less but occasionally accommodate more. Virtual and In-Studio students are taught simultaneously by Zoa.
- 4 Passes are valid for 1 month from first use of the pass.
- No-contract unlimited movement memberships are for 1 calendar month at a time.

All In-Studio wellness sessions are sold using a credit system for maximum flexibility for you. No-contract wellness memberships are for 1 calendar month at a time.
