Pro-Pods

These elliptical props have soft rounded bits instead of pokey bits like the firm therapy domes. They are smaller and allow more flexibility in positioning choices around the body.  They can be used during an at home fascial release class or self fascial release practice. The inflation level of the dome can be adjusted to match your body weight.
