Inflatable Ball – 9″

This medium blue ball is great for fascial release work, mat Pilates, and Pilates apparatus classes – especially if you have a narrow frame or some thigh muscles! Inflate to the right amount for you and you are set. If you are larger in size the big orange ball might be a better match.
