Our body is precious.  It is our vehicle for awakening.  Treat it with care. ~ Buddha

Near IR Light for Cell Renewal

Our bodies are naturally exposed to infrared light from the Sun. All living things require it to grow and flourish. Near infrared (NIR) is the range of short infrared wavelengths that can penetrate as much as 6 mm inside the surface of the skin. LumiNIR operates at a wavelength of 880 nm for deepest penetration into the human body. Your body’s cell and tissue growth increases up to 155% making the near IR head terrific for speeding up wound healing.

Red Light for Anti-Aging

The most common LED light therapy is red – the optimal wavelength of 660 nm to reach a depth of 2.3 mm in the skin. Red LED is used to help reduce fine lines, wrinkles, redness and inflammation, and increase collagen and elastin production. Red LED light enhances the lymphatic system’s detoxification thereby reducing inflammation in the skin. The reduced inflammation in the body as a whole, decreases the joint pain you experience.

Near IR and Red Together for Pain Relief

When you put Near IR and Red light together, you find that two is definitely better than one! Now muscle and joint pain diminishes, tissue growth is stimulated, inflammation goes down, wound healing goes up, and the body is happy again.

Blue Light for Clear Skin

Short energetic blue light only makes it 1 mm into the skin but has a specialized use. It improves the oxygen in the skin and pores which kills the bacteria which causes acne. It also increases circulation to the skin which decreases inflammation making acne blemishes smaller and less noticeable.
