A common challenge for those new to meditation is figuring out how to do it! This is where guided meditations shine. They are perfect for beginners and for those who are easily distracted by “shiny things”.

Even when you know how to meditate, sometimes you can meditate on your own while in other, challenging times you want a bit of guidance or assistance.

Guided meditations lead you through what to do, what to think, and what to pay attention to – and before you know it, you have meditated and you feel good!

You will receive a set of 8 guided meditations, breath work, and meditative listening activities. Zoa’s calming voice and gentle musical additions will be your recorded guide to a relaxing and centering meditation practice.

Consistency is important when creating new habits. Meditation is quite a personal activity, and some topics/approaches work for one person but not another. Zoa curates a selection of guided meditation recordings that are optimal for you and your needs (mental focus, water themed, warmth, etc.). This selection will be for your unlimited use for 3 months.

You have 3 months to learn, practice, fail a few times, build a habit (with Zoa’s help), and gain the numerous benefits of meditation. Throughout that time, we can make whatever adjustments your meditation journey requires!
