Description
This monthly membership gives you 8 short (10-15 min) videos to use Anytime at home and 8 short (10-15 min) meditations to listen to. Everything is accessed directly from the Zen and Vitality website. The collection changes every month. The videos tend to extend what we do in class rather than repeat it. Many are oriented towards adding challenge/strength!
