Lymph Blend

This essential oil blend stimulates your lymph fluid flow – assisting your body’s natural detoxification system. Many like to use this fresh smelling blend as lubricant for self massage on swollen ankles or other extremities (always moving towards the heart!). Perhaps follow up your foot and ankle massage with some legs-up-the-wall time to get some gravity assisted fluid flow out of the feet.

All essential oils are therapeutic grade and both organically and sustainably sourced. The carrier oil is organic cold pressed jojoba oil which matches the natural oils of skin beautifully but has been known to stain light colored fabrics if not fully absorbed into skin.

Ingredients at a 4% dilution in carrier oil:
