Continuous fermentation of the bacteria/yeast culture in the tea stored in the right environment and this Plain Kombucha is the result. This beverage is made just for you by Chef Terrance Murphy at Meallenial-Living. He delivers tuesday evenings and you pickup (by appointment!) soon after. Kombucha takes 1.5 weeks to create so please allow that time before scheduling your kombucha pickup.
