3 Month Holistic Pre/Post Operative Support Plan

A Holistic Pre & Post Operative Support Plan is a 3 month plan designed to help you feel your absolute best while preparing for or recovering from a needed surgical intervention. Your surgeon and the rest of your surgical care team will presumably do a great job with the one part of your body that is getting operated on. But the rest of you … this where my expertise compliments that of your medical team and makes your care team holistic and wellness focused!

This Holistic Pre & Post Operative Support Plan is perfect for those that want to :

• enter surgery feeling as strong and capable as possible
• be able to put yourself into a healing state to get to 100% as fast as you can
• be healthy enough to avoid medical problems and healing delays
• have the rest of your body, emotions, and mind receive the smallest impact possible from this surgery

Timing: Ideally, you would have enough time for a complete pre surgical plan before your surgery date and a complete post surgical plan as well. Sometimes life does not give us that much time — if that is the case I suggest you begin post surgery as soon as you can and plan on continuing with a second plan post-op.

Location: When you are preparing for surgery or recovering from it, having to move around to go to appointments is stressful. I want to make life easier for you. Your sessions with me can be in person at my studio, virtual, or I will make house calls to those near La Plata, MD, USA (extra fee applies). Extra sessions are available as needed so you can be fully supported though this challenging time of life.

Your Plan includes:

• 55 min Introductory Consultation about your needs, concerns, and questions where we develop the plan you will follow
• Written implementation plan for wellness lifestyle activities that may or may not include:
  • Nutrition and hydration supplements to make sure the cells of your body are fully supported and non-stressed
  • Anti-inflammatory diet recommendations including 3 recipes to use to get you started (more available upon request)
  • Exercise recommendations that will evolve over the course of the 3 month period
• Adjustments to your plan over the 3 month plan period to properly customize it to your ever changing needs
• Access to Zoa via text and email during the 3 month period for quick questions and status updates
• 2 additional 15 min wellness consultations to be scheduled freely over the next 3 months to discuss your progress, needed tweaks to your protocol, concerns, or questions
• 25 minute Final Consultation to discuss your continued forward progress
• Optional to Add: Additional Consultation time and additional anti-inflammatory recipes

** Suggestions are offered as part of this plan, but any additional services, products, or costs required to implement those suggestions are outside the scope of this plan.

You are eligible to request to be a Holistic Pre & Post Operative Support Plan participant once you have completed your first month of experimentation with Zen and Vitality or upon special exception granted by Zoa.
