Enjoy the simple flavor of a chef-created blend of black, green, and oolong teas as the base of this delicious fermented drink. Continuous fermentation of the bacteria/yeast culture in the tea stored in the right environment and Kombucha is the result. A second fermentation with freshly cold pressed local organic strawberries married with local dill from his backyard using wine making techniques creates a more diverse culture and richer, more interesting flavors. Drinking this naturally carbonated beverage is a fabulous way to support your gut health (which in turn supports your brain health).
This beverage is made just for you by Chef Terrance Murphy at Meallenial-Living. He delivers tuesday evenings and you pickup (by appointment!) soon after. Kombucha takes 1.5 weeks to create so please allow that time before scheduling your kombucha pickup.
