Calcium is very important for your bones and so much more! Unfortunately it is not easily absorbed. DiCalcium Malate is a highly absorbable form – more so than calcium carbonate – and also delivers calcium in a more concentrated form (2 calciums for every molecule rather than 1). Remember to take your calcium with vitamin D, vitamin K2, and boron and maintain a healthy balance with magnesium.
One capsule contains 250 mg of calcium so you can take the proper number of capsules to compliment your diet daily. Each bottle contains 120 capsules.
