They are perfect for beginners and for those who are easily distracted by “shiny things”. Guided meditations lead you through what to do, what to think, and what to pay attention to – and before you know it, you have meditated and you feel good!
Zoa’s Audio Guided Meditation Membership gives you a new set of guided meditations, breath work, and meditative listening activities each month. Zoa’s calming voice and gentle musical additions will be your recorded guide to a relaxing and centering meditation practice.
With this quarterly membership, you have 3 months to learn, practice, fail a few times, build a habit (with Zoa’s help), and gain the numerous benefits of meditation.
Personalized Guided Meditation Recordings

Sometimes consistency works better for creating new habits than constant change. Meditation is quite a personal activity, and some topics/approaches work for one person but not another. Together with Zoa, we will curate a selection of guided meditation recordings that are optimal for you and your needs (mental focus, water themed, warmth, etc.). This selection will be for your unlimited use for 3 months. At that point, we can make adjustments, extensions, or whatever your meditation journey dictates is right!
In Person Private Meditation Room

The door opens, you enter this space for solitary reflection, and immediately feel the stress fall away under the healing light of the salt lamps. The soft rug underfoot reminds some of a carpet of fallen leaves. Your choice of music, white (or colored) noise, other meditative sounds, or guided meditation CDs automatically plays for the length of your session. Whether you sit or lie on the fallen leaves, warm blankets and cushions comfort your body. Mandalas and flowers attract your attention and offer a point of focus. Allow your mind to wander as you generate patterns using geometric tiles, see constellations and their stories in the glow-in-the-dark stars, or create order within the Zen Sand Garden. If you prefer to cocoon, the Universe awaits you with a cozy chair to sit on while you look at the stars and ponder your place within and your true self.
